The phaenom pro program is a membership program offered to mountain and outdoor industry professionals. It requires approval and invitation from phaenom. This partnership is a privilege and relies upon mutual respect.

The products purchased through the phaenom pro program are solely for personal use. Purchasing gifts for friends and family or reselling products is not allowed and will result in bad karma and account deactivation.

phaenom reserves the right to remove pro program membership without explanation or notice, without compensation due to abuse (see above) or any other reason.

phaenom pro program membership requires annual renewal.

phaenom requires its pro program members to respect our partners selling products at full price and our fans that purchase them, by not talking publicly about this program. This includes not sharing any information relating to the program's benefits on social media platforms.

phaenom pro program members are not eligible for free returns on their orders. All returns must be requested online through our Returns Page.

All warranty claims must be placed online in accordance with phaenom's Warranty Policy.

phaenom reserves the right to change the terms of the pro program at any point, and to place restrictions on the quantity and the products available to purchase. Pro program membership entitles members to the purchase of two pairs of boots per season.

Pro purchases cannot be combined with additional offers such as sales or discounts. The discount cannot be applied retrospectively.

Pro purchases are not eligible for free shipping, unless stated otherwise.

All orders placed through the pro program are subject to the general Terms & Conditions applicable for any purchase made through phaenom.

By participating in the pro program, you are consenting to receive marketing materials from phaenom and the Full Stack Supply Co. that are relevant to the outdoor and snowsports industries.
